Refund Policy
Last updated: 2026-07-21.
This Refund Policy applies to all paid AntiLink subscriptions - the server plans (AntiLink Plus and AntiLink Premium) and AI Memberships (Silver, Gold, and Platinum). It works alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Payments and Merchant of Record
Paid subscriptions are processed by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited), our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles checkout, billing, tax, and refunds on our behalf. Your receipts and payment records come from Paddle.
Instant delivery and your cooling-off right
Premium is a digital service that is activated immediately after payment. By subscribing, you ask us to begin delivering it right away and you acknowledge that, once premium has been activated on your server, you lose any statutory "cooling-off" or right-of-withdrawal that would otherwise let you cancel for a full refund. This is standard for digital goods that are supplied instantly.
Payments are non-refundable once activated
Because premium is delivered the moment you pay, subscription payments are generally non-refundable once the plan has been activated, and renewal payments are non-refundable. All sales are final except in the specific cases listed below.
Promotional pricing
Some plans are sometimes offered at a promotional discount for the first billing period (for example 50% off your first month, or a discount on your first year). The discounted amount shown at checkout is what you are charged for that period; after it, the plan renews at its standard price. A promotional first period is still non-refundable once the plan has been activated, on the same terms as above.
When we do give refunds
We will review a refund request, and normally grant it, in these cases:
- The service was not delivered - for example, you paid but premium never activated on your server and we could not fix it.
- A paid feature was broken for an extended period and we were unable to resolve it within a reasonable time after you reported it.
- A duplicate or accidental charge (for example, you were billed twice for the same server).
- Where applicable consumer-protection law requires it.
Requests that are simply "I changed my mind" or "I no longer need it" after premium has been used are not eligible. This does not affect any statutory rights you may have. Using up an AI Membership token allowance is normal use, not a fault, and is not by itself grounds for a refund.
Cancelling
You can cancel a subscription at any time from the AntiLink dashboard (Manage Premium) or by contacting support. When you cancel:
- Your premium features remain active until the end of the period you already paid for.
- No further payments are taken.
Cancelling stops future charges - it does not refund a payment already made.
Redeem codes
Premium activated with a redeem code (including codes issued by our team) is not eligible for a cash refund, because no payment was taken through Paddle for it.
Disputes and chargebacks
If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us first - we can usually resolve it faster than a bank dispute. Because Paddle is the Merchant of Record, Paddle manages any payment dispute or chargeback.
How to request a refund
Contact us through the support server with the server ID and the Paddle receipt or payment ID. Eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method by Paddle, usually within a few business days.
